2022 Outlook
Depth Chart
In three seasons with the Ravens, Brown averaged 65 receptions, 787 yards, and 7 touchdowns, with his catches and yardage going up each year, culminating in last year's 91-1,008-6 performance. Despite working as their No. 1 receiver, Baltimore was willing to flip Brown, who still has two years remaining on his rookie deal, for a first-round pick on draft night. He'll step into the WR1 role in Arizona while Hopkins is suspended, and then we'll see how things shake out between the tandem.

One thing working in Brown's favor is that he and Murray were teammates at Oklahoma, so they won't be starting from scratch in terms of familiarity. Having those six games without the incumbent WR1 around should also help facilitate any learning curve Brown might face transitioning into Kliff Kingsbury's offense. Brown feels well suited as a high-end WR3, but if he gets off to a great start don't hesitate to sell high if you can acquire someone more bulletproof in return.

Injury Greg Dortch not expected to play
Marquise Brown activated off IR
By: Mike Krueger | Sat Nov 26, 11:00 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Cardinals’ WR Greg Dortch, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a thumb injury, is unlikely to play vs. the Chargers, per sources. Cardinals also have ruled out WR Rondale Moore but they did activate WR Marquise Brown. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Cardinals are going to be thin at wide receiver this week which may force Brown into a bigger role than Arizona would like considering he hasn't played since Week 6. Andre Baccellia has also been activated from the practice squad but isn't fantasy viable.

Injury Rondale Moore Out, Greg Dortch gametime decision
Dortch missed practice all week
By: Mike Krueger | Fri Nov 25, 4:02 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Kingsbury updates: - “looks that way” for Kyler Murray to start - Humphries, Murphy are out - Greg Dortch is a game day decision - Marquise Brown is expected to play Sunday (Darren Urban on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Rondale Moore is going to miss with his hamstring injury but his replacement, Greg Dortch, who missed practice all week with a thumb injury but is listed as Questionable to play. He would be a fine PPR option if in fact he does play, but it's very curious for him not to even participate in practice this week. We're also waiting on word whether or not Hollywood Brown will be on a snap count.

Injury Marquise Brown not far away
HC to decide on playing speedster early in Week 12
By: Doug Orth | Tue Nov 22, 11:40 pm

Arizona Cardinals
AZCardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury put WR Marquise Brown in the same boat as QB Kyler Murray: "He's a competitor. He wants to be out there, so if he can go, we'll know early this week, he'll be out there." (Tyler Drake on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Brown has been sidelined since Week 6 with a foot injury. With Arizona bye coming in Week 13, it may make sense to give him the extra time to heal just to be on the safe side. Whenever he returns, Brown should make for a solid WR2 option in fantasy with WR1 upside - so long as Murray is in the lineup.

Injury Marquise Brown has a chance to play Monday night
Activated from injured reserve
By: Mike Krueger | Wed Nov 16, 1:58 pm

Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals have designated wide receiver Marquise Brown (foot) to return from the injured reserve list and there’s a chance he can play Monday night against the 49ers in Mexico City. The team also signed OL Julien Davenport and tight end Chris Price to the practice squad. (Bob McManaman on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Brown last played in Week 6 against Seattle and has been on the shelf since with a foot injury. If he does play, it could cut into the targets for Rondale Moore who's been a solid WR2 in PPR leagues the last three weeks.

Injury Marquise Brown likely out at least six weeks
Non-surgical fracture; seeking second opinion
By: Doug Orth | Mon Oct 17, 6:30 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Some good news for AZCardinals WR Marquise Brown: Following the MRI, his foot isn’t as bad as was initially thought. It’s a small, non-surgical fracture, source said. Recovery time is about 6 weeks. He’s getting a second opinion from Dr. Robert Anderson before moving forward. (NFL Network - Ian Rapoport)

FFToday's Take: Brown and his fantasy managers can feel slightly better about this timeline than the one earlier Monday that had him possibly missing the rest of the season. As it is with this new timeline, however, he may miss the rest of the fantasy season. It is also possible that the Cardinals choose to keep him in bubble wrap if they fall too far back in the NFC West over the next month or so - which is a distinct possibility. In Brown's absence, DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore and Zach Ertz should all be locked into the majority of fantasy lineups.

Panthers trade Robbie Anderson to Cardinals
Sideline dispute with WR coach
By: Mike Krueger | Mon Oct 17, 1:05 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Carolina had shopped Robbie Anderson recently, and all parties appeared on the same page. But rather than have to release him after yesterday, the #Panthers were able to deal him to Arizona. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: This move comes on the heels of Anderson getting into it with his WR coach on the sideline in Weel6. Anderson was eventually told to go the locker room. Marquise Brown suffered a foot injury yesterday and his status remains uncertain. Even so, Robbie doesn't have a lot of fantasy value at the moment with DeAndre Hopkins coming back into the mix. The Cardinals will owe Anderson's remaining $690,000 prorated portion of his base salary.

Injury Marquise Brown in walking boot, X-rays negative
Will undergo further testing Monday
By: Mike Krueger | Sun Oct 16, 8:08 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Cardinals’ WR Marquise Brown, who left Sunday’s game with a foot injury, was spotted after the game in a walking boot. He told reporters that initial X-rays were negative and he will undergo further testing Monday. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Brown left Week 6 in the fourth quarter and is going to be in race to get cleared before the Cardinals Thursday night game against the Saints in Week 7. DeAndre Hopkins will be back for the Cardinals this week.

Injury Cards hopeful on Rondale Moore, A.J. Green doubtful
Hamstring injury for Moore
By: Mike Krueger | Wed Sep 28, 1:09 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Kingsbury said he is hopeful that WR Rondale Moore can give the Cardinals something Sunday, although it may be limited given how much time he has been out. Kliff said WR A.J. Green is doubtful to play this week with the knee injury. (Darren Urban on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Moore has been battling a hamstring injury and has yet to play this season. It sounds like he's going to give it a go this week but may be limited. The passing offense should continue to flow through Marquise Brown, Greg Dortch and TE Zach Ertz in Week 4.

Injury Rondale Moore injures hamstring in practice Thursday
Will have an MRI
By: Mike Krueger | Thu Sep 8, 4:41 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Cardinals wide receiver Rondale Moore injured his hamstring today during practice, per a league source, is going to have further examination, including an MRI to determine severity of injury. Cardinals already playing without DeAndre Hopkins due to suspension (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Doesn't sound great for his availability against the Chiefs in Week 1. Already down Hopkins and with tight end Zach Ertz dealing with a calf issue, the Cardinals and Kyler Murray are going to be searching for receiving options on Sunday. Marquise Brown, A.J. Green and Antoine Wesley are next up on the depth chart
