Zay Flowers

Zay Flowers vs IND

Flowers has quickly ascended to the WR1 in the new look Baltimore offense, as he leads the team in targets, receptions, and yardage after two weeks. The coaching staff is scheming plays for him, moving him around the formation, and getting the ball in his hands as many ways possible. With OBJ hobbled, and a burnable Indy secondary on the horizon, Flowers has approached must start status in all formats.

A.J. Brown @ TB (MON)

It’s been a bit of a slow start for Brown but I sense an eruption coming. After showing some frustration last week against Minnesota, this is a clear “squeaky wheel” situation. Tampa has given up 100-yard games to Justin Jefferson (who hasn’t!) and D.J. Moore to start the year. Look for Brown and the Eagles passing game to get cooking on Monday night.

Drake London @ DET

London reemerged last week with a 6-67-1 line after notching a golden goose egg in Week 1. He secured a healthy 6 of 7 targets, and should be able to build off that against a Detroit secondary that needs to be shuffled around thanks to the loss of C.J Gardner-Jonhson.

Arizona Receivers vs DAL

Sans a fluky 68-yard touchdown by Garrett Wilson last week, Dallas has absolutely blanked opposing passing games. Joshua Dobbs hasn’t embarrassed himself as a starter, but the Cowboys are playing some of the most suffocating defense we’ve seen in a while and it’s impossible to trust any of the Cardinal pass catchers.

DeAndre Hopkins @ CLE

Another defense that’s a fluky long touchdown from being unblemished is the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland has smothered both the Bengals and the Steelers, and Hopkins is still nursing a bum ankle. After 13 targets in the opener, he only saw five last week. Use him as a low-end WR3 if you have to, but all signs point to this as a matchup to avoid.

Tutu Atwell / Van Jefferson @ CIN

Sean McVay has worked miracles this season, as they’ve weathered the loss of Cooper Kupp to be one of the more productive offenses in the NFL. Stafford has the most completions of 10+ yards in the NFL (31), but his 6.9 yards-per-attempt is 20th in the NFL. Despite Puka Nakua dominating targets, Atwell has been able to snag 13 receptions so far this year. On the road at a desperate Cincy team on Monday night is a very tough spot, and despite how brutal the Cinicy offense has been, the defense has been as good as ever. I like Higbee to be the 2nd most productive Ram receiver this week leaving Atwell and Jefferson to produce on leftovers.
