Game Preview
Mike Krueger
Predicted Score: Cowboys 31, Bills 13
Dallas: The Cowboys are heavily favored in this game and with a matchup against the Patriots only a week away the Bills have a chance to catch the Boys napping. No they don't. The saving grace for Dallas is this game will be played Monday night with all the world watching. That should peak their interest just enough to take care of business. Wide receiver Patrick Crayton's big game last week (7 catches, 184 yds, 2 TDs) gives opposing defensive coordinators another problem to lose sleep over. Julius Jones got the better of the rushing numbers over Barber last week against St. Louis but both should have strong games against a weak Bills run defense. Don't expect a slip-up from a Dallas here.
- Start: QB Tony Romo, RB Marion Barber, WR Terrell Owens, TE Jason Witten
- Consider: RB Julius Jones, WR Patrick Crayton, Cowboys D/ST
- Sit: WR Terry Glenn (inj)
Buffalo: Rookie quarterback Trent Edwards made his first career start against the Jets completing 22 of 28 for 234 yards. Wide receiver Lee Evans had his best game of the season (72 yards) but is still a major disappointment to all fantasy owners who selected him. Marshawn Lynch has been steady and will surely be highlighted by the Monday night crew as they search for a Bill to highlight in between their slobbering and drooling over Tony Romo, Terrell Owens, and the rest of the 'boys.
- Start: RB, Marshawn Lynch
- Consider: WR Lee Evans, QB Trent Edwards
- Sit: QB J.P. Losman, TE Robert Royal WR Peerless Price, WR Josh Reed
