COMMENTS
Patrick Mahomes, KC: Don't expect 50 TDs again, especially if Tyreek isn't available, but Mahomes is still the top fantasy QB until further notice.

Andrew Luck, IND: Luck looked shaky to start 2018 but re-established himself as one of the best fantasy QBs available.

Deshaun Watson, HOU: Watson's looking like a perennial top 10 fantasy QB, especially if his supporting cast stay's healthy.

Aaron Rodgers, GB: New offense in 2019. Rodgers finished as a QB1 despite battling knee issues all season.

Matt Ryan, ATL: 8 straight seasons over 4000 yards but TD swings the last four years (21-38-20-35) have defined Ryan's fantasy value.

Drew Brees, NO: If you like to have a consistent QB1 for your fantasy team, Drew Brees is your guy.

Jared Goff, LAR: Goff took a huge leap in 2018, making it back-to-back seasons as a top 12 fantasy QB.

Jameis Winston, TB: New head coach but offensive philosophy should be similar. Winston's turnovers remain a concern.

Carson Wentz, PHI: Back injury caused Wentz to miss the last three games of 2018.

Kirk Cousins, MIN: 4 straight seasons over 4000 yards passing and 25+ TDs. A solid QB1.

Ben Roethlisberger, PIT: Can Big Ben remain a top-ten fantasy QB without Antonio Brown?

Philip Rivers, LAC: Rivers has topped 4000 passing yards in 10 of his last 11 seasons.

Baker Mayfield, CLE: Boom/Bust factor is huge with Mayfield. Additions of OBJ, Hunt add firepower to offense.

Cam Newton, CAR: On the wrong side of 30, shoulder surgery in January. If Newton's rushing production takes a hit, his fantasy stock will plummet.

Tom Brady, NE: Even at age 41, Brady is maintaining his status a low-end QB1.

Russell Wilson, SEA: Wilson's rushing production took a hit as the Seahawks focused more on the RBs in 2018. Philosophy should continue in 2019.

Dak Prescott, DAL: Prescott has 6 rushing TDs in each of his first three seasons in the league.

Mitchell Trubisky, CHI: Volatile production in 2018. Profiles as a better streaming candidate than a reliable QB1.

Kyler Murray, ARI: Air Raid offense sounds enticing but execution could be lacking in Year 1.

Lamar Jackson, BAL: Jackson's lack of passing ability will cap his fantasy value. One of the few QBs that can rush for 100 yards in a game.

Jimmy Garoppolo, SF: Hasn't played more than 6 games in any season since 2014.

Josh Allen, BUF: Running ability (12 games, 631 yds, 8 TDs) makes him fantasy viable as a QB2.

Derek Carr, OAK: Carr's been a perennial QB2 the last three years. Can the addition of AB make him a low-end QB1?

Matthew Stafford, DET: Offensive philosophy under HC Matt Patricia is curtailing Stafford's fantasy upside.

Eli Manning, NYG: At age 38, losing one of the best receivers in the game, Manning's fantasy stock is on the decline

Andy Dalton, CIN: Has been a top 12 fantasy QB just once (2016) in the last four seasons.

Marcus Mariota, TEN: Mariota plans to plan 12-13 pounds heavier this season. He can't be trusted by fantasy owners.

Sam Darnold, NYJ: Even with the Bell addition, Darnold's value remains in QB2 territory until he proves otherwise.

Nick Foles, JAC: With limited options in the receiving corps, Foles is looking at QB2 value at best.

Joe Flacco, DEN: Flacco will begin the season as the Broncos starter but will be looking over his shoulder at Drew Lock.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, MIA: Dolphins starting QB job is up for grabs. If that's truly the case, Fitzpatrick likely has the edge.

Dwayne Haskins, WAS: The rookie QB may not start Week 1 but he should grab the starting job at some point during the season.

Josh Rosen, MIA: Both Rosen and Fitzpatrick are likely to make starts this season, making both fantasy afterthoughts on draft day.
