Predicted Score: Bills 27, Dolphins 20
Buffalo: The Bills are looking to make it four in a row after wins over Cincinnati, the New York Jets, and the struggling Baltimore Ravens. "Maybe they're learning how to win. Maybe we're just getting better," Bills coach Dick Jauron said. "I don't know exactly what it is. I don't know that anybody ever does. But it's a much better feeling than we had early in the season." The return of J.P. Losman last week rejuvenated the Bills or was it the Bengals defense? In any case, Lee Evans owners are happy, as he's enjoyed success with Losman under center. Evans is coming off two 100+ yard games with touchdowns in each and now gets his shot at the Dolphins defense which has given up 12 touchdowns passes to wide receivers in eight games. Marshawn Lynch is coming off his best game as a pro running for 153 yards 1 TD, and passing a TD to tight end Robert Royal.
- Start: RB Marshawn Lynch, WR Lee Evans
- Consider: QB J.P. Losman, WR Peerless Price, WR Josh Reed
- Sit: TE Robert Royal
Miami: The dismal season continues for Miami… next loss - Buffalo. There was speculation that John Beck may start this game but head coach Cam Cameron will stick with Cleo Lemon… Lemon has thrown for 792 yards, three TDs and four picks in four games… not terrible but considering the teams record and their downward spiral there's no reason John Beck should not be starting this week. Running back Jesse Chatman is the only viable starter on this team. Buffalo has won five of the last six meetings.
- Start: RB Jesse Chatman
- Consider: TE David Martin
- Sit: WR Marty Booker, WR Ted Ginn, RB Ronnie Brown, QB Cleo Lemon, K Jay Feeley
