Game Preview
Antonio D'Arcangelis
Predicted Score: Cowboys 30, Eagles 20
Philadelphia: Donovan McNabb usually plays pretty well against the Cowboys, but this isn't your usual Cowboys defense. Yes, I'm willing to throw out the Lions game - that was just God's cruel way of showing he hates Jon Kitna and the Lions as a whole. McNabb's problem this week will be finding ways for the one-dimensional Philly offense to find holes in the Cowboys stalwart defense. Of course, Brian Westbrook will have his usual game, but I think it will be more screen-oriented than run-oriented. The run defense has been quite solid since adding Tank Johnson. And yes, 'm willing to throw out the Packers game - that was just God's cruel way of letting the Packers into the game before crushing their hopes in the second half.
- Start: RB Brian Westbrook, WR Kevin Curtis
- Consider: QB Donovan McNabb, TE L.J. Smith (inj)
- Sit: WR Reggie Brown, TE Matt Schobel, Eagles-D/ST
Dallas: As a Cowboys fan, I'm always wary before games with Philly - since the Eagles were so dominant during that stretch when they were in the NFC Championship game every freakin' year. But the times have changed, and now it's just about every Cowboy that's a viable fantasy start. I like the running game, I like the passing game - I even like the defense to force some turnovers and wreak general havoc.
- Start: QB Tony Romo, WR Terrell Owens, TE Jason Witten, RB Marion Barber, Cowboys D/ST
- Consider: WR Patrick Crayton
- Sit: RB Julius Jones, WR Terry Glenn (inj)
