Physically, Romo participated in practice Tuesday but did very little and had is thumb taped. The swelling has gone down and he is expected to start. Terry Glenn practiced Tuesday and is expected to be pushed harder Wednesday with the hope of playing Saturday night against Carolina.

Carolina: A shout-out to the Panthers last week for stickin' it to the Seahawks 13-10 in a game that featured severe winds and no scoring through three quarters. Matt Moore started at quarterback for the ancient Vinny Testaverde and will likely do so again this week but do you really think the punchless Panthers can pull off an upset two weeks in a row? They'll need a strong breeze and much more to hold off the Cowboys who are steaming after losing to the Eagles last week.
